About me
Morgan Buckert is a master bootmaker based in Hailey, Idaho, where she creates custom cowboy boots and accessories built to last a lifetime. Starting with custom patterns and the highest quality leather, she ensures every pair fits perfectly. A seventh-generation Texan rancher, Morgan’s work is deeply influenced by cowboy culture.She has received four grants from the Idaho Commission on the Arts, participated in the Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Program with master bootmaker Seth Teichert, and been supported by the Mazie Morrison Foundation and CERF+. In 2023, she was named the Art of the Cowgirl Boot Making Fellow. A Signature Member and Advisory Board member of Cowgirl Artists of America, Morgan continues to celebrate and preserve the craft of bootmaking.
