About me
Judy Hatch is the owner and operator of Hatch Idaho Cinches, LLC. With 12 years of perfecting her craft under her belt, Judy specializes in creating high-quality, handwoven mohair cinches, breast collars, camera and purse straps, and various other mohair items. She is always looking for new ways to slick up her cinches and enjoys experimenting with new designs. Eager to share her love of cinchmaking, Judy started offering in-person cinchmaking classes, where she teaches her students how to create their own handwoven mohair tack. She also shares her classes on an app, making the craft even more accessible to enthusiastic learners. When Judy is not making cinches or teaching, she runs a cow-calf operation on the Quarter Circle Bar Ranch in southeastern Idaho.
